"Movement returns where circulation returns." A.Zalmanov
Painful joints, stiff muscles, and inflamed connective tissues all have one thing in common: Poor capillary circulation.
Cartilage, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and nerves are nourished by millions of microscopic capillaries. These tiny vessels continuously deliver oxygen and nutrients while removing the products of normal cellular metabolism.
When this microscopic circulation slows, tissues receive less nourishment, waste products accumulate, elasticity decreases, and movement gradually becomes painful.
According to Dr. Zalmanov, the goal is not simply to relieve pain.
The goal is to restore the physiological circulation that allows tissues to repair and renew themselves naturally.
For individuals with elevated blood pressure, traditionally used a higher proportion of Yellow Emulsion, combined with a smaller amount of White Emulsion when appropriate.
For people with normal blood pressure, Dr. Zalmanov commonly recommended a balanced combination of both emulsions.
For individuals with lower blood pressure, Dr. Zalmanov traditionally increased the proportion of White Emulsion while reducing the amount of Yellow Emulsion.
